Herlihy Moving Review: A “Grand” Piano-Moving Experience

Moving pianos requires skill, experience and strength. Pianos are extremely heavy, and their finishes are vulnerable to scratches, nicks and dents.

As customer Stephanie K. discovered recently, our team at Herlihy Moving & Storage has the brains and brawn to move pianos successfully.

Stephanie called on us to move her baby grand piano from the basement of her church in the German Village area of Columbus to a new location in Orient, Ohio. Knowing that pianos weigh several hundred pounds and must be handled very carefully, we sent an experienced team of four: Shawn, Bryan, Mark and Nate.
